Each session takes place online and lasts 90 min. It follows the same structure each time:
1. Introductions and group-building for focused work or peer-learning (5-10 min)
2. Coworking session in groups (focused work or peer-learning, 75 min)
3. Wrap-up and progress reflections (5 min).
